The right job,
done right.
Ballyvally Builders is Niall and a network of skilled tradespeople, built up over years of working together. We take on the projects worth doing — and we're honest when something isn't for us.

"There's no shortage of work. The question is which work is worth doing. We've spent years building the right team — tradespeople who care about the finish as much as we do. Now we get to choose our projects. We choose carefully."
— Niall, Ballyvally Builders

Niall - Lead Builder & Founder
About
Niall has spent years working across South Armagh, County Down, and the surrounding areas — building houses, laying walls, designing gardens, constructing saunas and outbuildings — and along the way, he's gathered the kind of tradespeople who are difficult to find. Groundworkers, stonemasons, carpenters, landscapers. People who take pride in what they leave behind.
Ballyvally Builders is that network, with Niall leading it. Because they're working across multiple projects at once, there's always capacity — and always the ability to be selective. That selectivity is deliberate. It means every job gets proper attention, and every client gets the standard the work deserves.

About
Houses, extensions, stone walls, saunas, gardens, outbuildings. We can build most things — and we can take a project from groundwork right through to handover. Every enquiry starts with a conversation about what the job actually needs.
